Custom Order

We are open to custom order. Please contact us if you would like a certain design, color or quantity.



Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on orders S$100 or more (Singapore only).

Orders below S$100 will enjoy a flat fee rate of S$4.90.

Your order will be dispatched 5 working days from order. Delivery takes an estimated 3 working days from dispatch.


International Shipping

Free shipping on international orders S$250 or more.

A flat fee of S$35 will be applied on all international orders.

Kindly note that any associated custom duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.

Delivery takes an estimated 7-14 working days upon dispatch. Delays are expected due to the flight uncertainly due to the Covid-19 pandemic.




If you are not satisfied with any item, simply return to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. 

Please return item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.  

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, please return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase through your preferred postal service to the address stated in your parcel. Registered  mail is highly recommended to avoid damaged upon receipt or lost in transit. Kindly note that all postal fees and related return expenses will be borne by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), sale items and gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To exchange an item, please return it, wait for our confirmation that the return has been accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, you will be notified about the status of the approval. On approval of the returned item, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that some lead time is required for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
